Emma Goodswen

Industry Background and Experience:

Time in the industry: 20+ years

Emma has been in the travel industry ever since she left school, working at Midcounties Co-op until 2004, and then moving to JTA. Emma heads up our Group Reservations Department which can book packages, flights, hotels, tours, excursions and transfers worldwide. JTA groups are able to accommodate large families, stag/hen parties, school trips, sports teams and more. Emma also manages our FAM trips and organises our JTA 'Make Me a Winner' events.

Emma is very well travelled and has been lucky enough to visit many places including the Balearic and Canary Islands, Greece, Egypt, Dubai, India - The Golden Triangle, Mauritius, Hong Kong, USA, Thailand and Jamaica. Emma has also cruised on Carnival, RCL and Celebrity.

Emma’s favourite destinations are Dubai, Thailand and Chicago.
