Time in the Industry: 40 years

Rachel has over 40 years experience in the travel and tourism industry and before moving to JTA, managed stores with Midcounties Co-op throughout Cheltenham and Worcester.

As a keen skier, Rachel has skied from a young age all over Europe including France, Italy, Switzerland, Germany and Austria. Her favourite destination has to be Zermatt Switzerland due to it’s beautiful scenery.

Rachel’s top tip when booking your customers’ travel, ask lots of questions! You will be helping to build their dream holiday and they will come back for more!
