How To View And Print An Invoice Online

When you sign up with JTA you will receive a log in and password so that you are able to access the system and view and re-print invoices in the system.

If you do not have this password please contact salessupport@jtatravel.co.uk and they will be able to advise you of your password.

1.       Log into www.jtatravel.co.uk

2.       Click in the tab at the top and go into Agent Tools -> Booking Tools and then click on Invoices

 

3.       This will then open up the following page

 

Put in your user ID and Password that you would have been given at sign up with JTA. If you do not have a password, please contact salessupport@jtatravel.co.uk

 

1.       Once you have logged in you will see the following page

 

2.       To view a booking click on the down arrow next to My Account

3.       This will then give you the option to retrieve a booking by booking number or if you do not have this you can use the booking search facility. If you know the booking number put this into the enter booking number. This will then bring up the following. In the info box click on OK

 

This will then bring up that current booking as shown below.

4.       To view and print invoice click on view invoices this will bring up the invoice details and then just click on print

5.       You can also print another copy of your confirmation from this page as well just click on actions and select print confirmation.
