On 7th November, we launched our new and efficient Auto Ticketing feature on our trade only website www.jtatravel.co.uk. What does this mean? From the moment of booking, you will now be able to give your customers their travel vouchers and tickets on the spot. You will now receive PDF documents with all of the information your customers need.

You decide
We appreciate many agents who work with us really love the JTA Documentation. So, you can decide if you want the Auto Ticketing Documents or Documentation by post. You choose by clicking the tick box in the Terms and Conditions box. This can be done online or by advising one of our Call Centre Team at the time of booking.
If you choose to receive the documents by post
If you choose to have your documents sent via post, you will receive these 14 days prior to departure. Our system will see that this is the option you have chosen and keep it recorded until it is time to send the documents out. If you choose this option, you will still receive automated tickets by email.
Your Branding
You can select to have your own logo and telephone number on the automated documents. If you haven’t already submitted your logo to use on our posters, all you need to do is visit www.jtatravel.co.uk – Agent Tools – Marketing- Submit Logo.
Speed
You will receive the confirmation and vouchers for your booking via email immediately upon completion. You don’t have to wait until 14 days before departure to send everything to your customers.
The Cost Savings
You can forward the Automated Documents to your customer via email, saving you time and money. They can also be easily reprinted via the website or from your confirmation document.
