Ryanair Strike Update CANCELLED

 

 

 

Update: 21st August 2019

Ryanair have advised that they now expect to operate its full schedule of flights to/from their UK airports on Thurs 22nd and Fri 23rd August. 

They advise all passengers due to travel during this period to arrive at their departure airport as normal. Ryanair have stated that they do not expect significant disruptions on Thursday and Friday, however they cannot rule out some small flight delays and/or flight changes

Irish-based Ryanair have confirmed that pilots are to strike on 22 and 23 August.

The British Airline Pilots Association (Balpa) announced two walkouts, one from 22-23 August, while the second strike will be held from 2-4 September.

UK-based Ryanair pilots have voted to strike in a row over pay and conditions.

The British Airline Pilots Association (Balpa) has announced two walkouts, one from 22-23 August, while the second strike will be from 2-4 September.

JTA will be closely monitoring the situation and will be receiving regular updates from the destinations team at ABTA.
